-
- Like
any event, there is a cost associated to
orchestrate it. We have structured the event so
organizations that participate have no financial
liability. The event organizers have carefully
structured the cost so that 100% of the pledges go
back to the organizations and the PTA Council.
Your registration fee
includes:Printed T-shirts, Water at break
areas, it covers our insurance, security where
needed, advertising costs, printed materials, legal
costs, accounting costs, web site hosting,
intellectual property, park fees if applicable and
much more. Without going into specific details of
our financials,
we have structured the registration fee to allow
for maximum participation. Plan Ahead Events /
AD-vantage Promotions is a For Profit organization
and has additional administrative costs that also
need to be absorbed from the registration
fees.
